Immunophotonics is excited to announce that its composition-of-matter patent has been granted by the Indian Patent Office (ISA/IPEA).  With this issuance, India has joined over 50 countries in granting Immunophotonics patent protection to the composition of matter underlying a range of polymers that encompasses the company’s lead drug candidate, IP-001.  Crucially, this latest patent allowance extends the drug’s patent protection to a growing market of potential patients among India’s population of 1.4 billion people.
