Immunophotonics has strengthened its global intellectual property portfolio with the issuance of a patent by the China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA). The patent covers the use of the company’s lead asset, IP-001, in combination with checkpoint inhibitors for the treatment of solid tumors.
This milestone extends protection of Immunophotonics’ proprietary platform technology into a key international market and aligns with previously secured intellectual property in other regions, including Europe.
The expanded patent coverage supports the company’s strategy to advance the clinical development of IP-001 while establishing a strong global foundation for potential combination therapies and future market opportunities.
