Ms. Hess is a non-executive director and business growth strategist with over 30 years of experience leading and advising heavily regulated businesses in the U.S.-Swiss business corridor. This includes over 25 years supporting U.S. biotech companies expanding their global footprint and using the U.S.-Swiss business corridor as an accelerator for global growth. In addition to her role with Immunophotonics, Ms. Hess is Vice Chair of the Board of Vontobel Swiss Financial Advisers and Chair of the Boardroom in Switzerland.

Ms. Hess has 10 years of executive management experience in her roles as CEO of Vontobel Swiss Wealth Advisors, an SEC regulated investment advisor, and prior to that as Managing Partner of Deloitte Switzerland’s Tax & Legal Business, Managing Partner Deloitte Private, and Managing Partner Talent.

Ms. Hess holds an A.B. from the University of Chicago, J.D. from Cornell Law School, and LL.M. from KU Leuven, Belgium. She is highly committed to supporting life sciences companies to grow and to become more prosperous organizations and to help people have better and healthier futures.
