After more than 15 years of visionary leadership, Lu Alleruzzo will be stepping down as CEO. Lu will continue to serve as a director and co-founder, working closely with Dr. Tomas Hode, our co-founder and Chief Innovation Officer, to advise the company through this next phase of growth.
We’re thrilled to welcome Miguel Zubizarreta as our new CEO. A proven entrepreneur who built a billion-dollar business across multiple industries, Miguel brings a powerful blend of strategic discipline and inspirational leadership to our mission.
Additionally, Dr. Robert Arch, a PhD in cancer immunology, will step into the role of President. Robert brings deep expertise in drug development across oncology, immunologic disorders, and chronic liver diseases, with experience spanning both large pharma and biotech.
This marks a pivotal moment for Immunophotonics as we continue to grow and advance our mission in immuno-oncology.
